We recently hosted a welcome reception for our counterpart in Korea, delegates of the Korean Cultural and Arts Centres Association (KOCACA) who are on a week-long stay in Australia to experience the Perth Festival and Fringe World whilst touring member venues including His Majesty’s Theatre, Perth Concert Hall and the State Theatre Centre of WA.

Our relationship with KOCACA has blossomed over the years with Rick and Katherine having both independently attended the Jeju Haevichi Arts Festival and hosted Mr Daewon Choe at our inaugural International Arts Association Congress in 2018. We are now working towards a continued partnership and exchange with presenters from Korea attending our Performing Arts Exchange in August, as part of our agenda to bring together regional, national and international influences to strengthen and deepen connections within the performing arts sector.
