Applications are now open for the 2023 Presenter Training Program

  |   News

Applications are now open for PAC Australia’s 2023 Presenter Training Program – Australia’s only specialised training program for performing arts presenters.

The Presenter Training Program (PTP) unpacks the unique challenges faced by performing arts presenters in Australia, while providing participants with the skills needed to enhance success and add value to audiences, stakeholders, and the community.

Join a cohort of professionals from across Australia in this industry-developed and led training program designed for;

  • Presenters new to the role
  • Presenters seeking to develop further into their role
  • Organisations seeking to develop future programmers

The PTP covers essential topics such as governance and financial models, marketing and audience development, working with producers, and building a balanced and diverse program. The program begins on 24 May with eight fortnightly online sessions and a full-day intensive in-person session at the Australian Performing Arts Exchange (APAX) in August.

The cohort is limited to 15 participants to ensure effective learning and exchange, building personal skills capacities, and creating a peer network.
