Industry Development & Training Programs
PAC Australia creates and enables the conditions for presenters, artists, and audiences to thrive.
As outlined in our Strategic Plan 2023-2026, one of the core ways we do this is through enabling betterment of practice, delivered through our training programs which aim to build capacity, share knowledge, and support staff retention and succession planning within the PAC Australia membership, and the broader performing arts sector.
These training programs support a peer learning experience, providing presenters and producers with opportunities to learn from existing organisations within the performing arts ecology and build an ongoing network to draw upon. Our programs are designed to provide a a solid foundation for participants to develop their own style and processes within their field of work.
The programs also provide an opportunity to leverage the arts market experience, providing in-person intensives across various relevant industry events.
